Our capacity is unmatched with an average of 20,000 tons of proppant mined and transported for washing daily.
Washing
Our highly efficient washing process removes all particles and impurities to create the cleanest and most highly desired sand. Our process has a maximum production of 350 TPH throughput and each ton of sand goes through the system three times to ensure the highest possible quality.
Drying
Our capacity is unmatched with an average of 20,000 tons of proppant mined and transported for washing daily.
Screening
Our screening process is highly efficient, with a capacity of 10,000 tons of sellable proppant per day. We produce a variety of industry-standard sizes, including a 50:50 mix of 40/140 and 100 mesh sand.
